Again, you may want to reduce the number of applications you have that launch on bootup. You only need a couple scanners. Spend some time in Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs. That should help.
MusicMatch Jukebox came with the CPU. Personally, I don't like it and use the MS Media Player -- although this system does seem to want to default often to MMJ. I may just uninstall it. What interests me most is your comment about the scanners. I only have one, but I do have a generic set of drivers that were loaded a while back when the original driver became corrupted. Could they be a problem?
