We got the hardcopy message off the (reactivated in his name billing to him) phone account with no problems whatsoever, and he got 15 years for each count (3) for a total of 45 years in prison, not to mention (I'm sure) a whopper cell bill for that first month after reconnect since he cannot disconnect it now (passworded to a new pass he doesn't know, plus he can't reach 'em from jail), and his (soon to be ex) wife is in possession of the phone.
You should be glad that he had a bad lawyer.. As that is technically illegal and not something that most courts would look at if it was contested. It would have been real easy for an attorney to prove that you got that information through illegal means. Not to mention that he can go after her for identity theft if and when he finds out she has the phone. Definitely not something I would go around bragging about as it could easily be grounds for a re-trial.
