I use my common sense to decide my political views, I don't toe anyone's party line.
That being said, I'm all for prison rehabilitation, and I think most people do deserve a second chance. Just not sex offenders, or my ex-husband. :p
I have to agree child sex offenders definately do not deserve a second chance. Anyone guilty of rapeing and killing a child isnt worth the money it takes to keep him alive in prison. In a lot of cases they need to be in a high security section to protect them form the general prision population. Waste of money if you ask me. Should just cover them in seal fat and throw them naked to the polar bears.
If we are so hesitate about making him pay for what he did to his victims then do a simple thing put him in cage with 2-4 really sex hungry gurillas or apes(whatever), just anything that willl teach him what it feels when you are forced and brutally raped. then may god bless those gurrillas, they pull the switch also.
But thats what i think..... Where is the &^$$#&^*%$^%#@ HANDLE?.
As a society, we say that if you commit a crime, and are found guilty, you should server the time. After your time is done, you can come back and live with the rest of our 'civilized' society.
BTW great to see how many of you worry about the children. Maybe instead of wasting your time on thinking 1001 ways on how to "MURDER" the "MONSTERS". Instead you should begin to think of ways on how we can help these children.

It is all very simple,
At his previous trial he chose to change his plea to guilty by his actions. No futher lawyers and other reptiles need to be involved...............sentence and execute..................homeless, old, war vets.............and we are expected to spend 10 times what they get keeping genetic defects alive.
I would shoot any lawyer who would represent him as well, as they obviously do not understand the RULES..............we all know that they care bugger all about justice? Sure, he is entitled to a defence............let him defend himself?
In my earlier life it is what would be called a "field execution"

Makes me wish HITLER was still alive in cases like this.He would exactly know what to do with him..(i certainly do not agree with what he has done to the jewish in any regard, so do not get me wrong on this one)I just think this guy needed to be punished in a way that only HITLERS kind could, to make him understand what kids have to go through with people behaving like he did..
Hitler would have promoted him and placed him in the Gestapo or SS.
