- it cannot be a jealous girlfriend of some ex because I am alone for about 3,5 years for now.

I can think only about one person:
I knew one guy for more than 1,5 years ago. when I said I don't want to go out with him, he got crazy and was abusing my patience by phone during 6 months. I have changed my phone number.

1. could it be this ex-ex-boyfriend that's e-mailing you has a wanna-be girlfriend that's pi@@ed he's still in touch with you ( I've had ex-girlfriends and wanna-be girlfriends try to sabatoge relationships, etc...)...or...

2. this crazy guy has managed through you or friends/acquaintances of yours gotten your info and is causing these problems

- I contacted americansingles for 3 times and they already have deleted 3 profiles. No problem to delete a profile. The problem is that I delete one profile and guy deletes 2 more.
- I never give my home number, I don't even give my mobile number since I have change it :)

Let's face it...a complete stranger is not going to go through all this trouble...and from what you've said this person not only KNOWS YOU but has a PERSONAL grudge against you...

therefore the first step is to figure out who that might be...

then once you've narrowed it down to one or two possibles...then follow the advice given here by others...

but FIRST identify who it might be...

because you need to know in order to stop it...else the person will just keep coming until their taste of revenge/jealousy/etc... has been satisfied.

Contact AmericanSingles again. Explain the situation and that the problem is an ongoing one. Tell them that you don't want or need to know who the guy is, you just want it to stop, and that the IP address that is originally posting the profiles is not yours, and to please ban whomever it is because of harassment. If they refuse to comply, get an attorney to make the same call again for you.

Sexual harassment is a huge scary monster to most companies - if you even begin to think of mentioning it you'll have them quaking in their boots. If your attorney threatens them, you may rest assured the action will be taken or you'll make some $$ from their negligence.

all, that I was able to get from them is a standart reply as:

I write again and they reply the same message. And all repeats all over again...
The text of profiles was written in Portuguese, so I guess they even didn't have a clue...
Only when I gave translations of some snippets of text
(mail hot or messenger [my e-mail ID])
with pointioning on my e-mail, they deleted profiles (membership is paid)
I didn't make prints of profiles, I have only IDs... If they erased profies from database...

Sure he knows me.
But he even didn't know my family name until he got access to my AmericanSingles account.
Before that he only had information from my home page.

My computer is clean and protected.
I checked PC for all possible network vulnerabilities and made a full virus check.
All is clean.
I use Tiny Personal Firewall as I mentioned before,
the same is used by the US Air Force.
