from Mrs|ce, I got a motherboard for my desktop system, 2 new pairs of jeans, socks and skivvies, and 3 dvd's.
from others I received a grand total of $250 cash, two $50 gift cards to wal mart, a remote control helicopter, and a new graphite fishing rod. Not a bad haul at all :D
I got a nice 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor, along with a 40 gig external hard drive, some head phones, NHL '06, Star Wars Episode III, and of course some clothes, socks, and candy!

I got a really happy family
Well I guess this Christmas was better than all the others infact it was better than thanks giving.
See me and my fam was invited over to my mothers home for thanksgiving this year. Be here at 2 she said. Well at 12 I get a call where are you at. Well dont have to be there till two, im at home getting ready. Well my mom tells me dinner is done and they where about to eat. Now I live about an hour away from my mom so we fly over there to get leftovers and no one bothered to try my wifes sweat potatoes. Boy I was Pissed.
So this Christmas I got a case for my bow from my Wife, Gift card =25 dollars for my family, three shirts, and cocoa from my mom. My brother gave me gift card to chucky cheeses (WTF).
Looking at my last thread on what you want for christmas, this isnt what I wanted. Oh well, never is.
Wish I had more greenies for christmas.
Well, I know it's been forever since I last posted, but I'm back!
Let's see, what did I did I get:
A 2nd D-Link gigabit network card for the slackware 10.2 server.
About 100 bucks worth of gift certificates to Barnes & Noble (people really listened!). Now I'm going to get that QMail book I've been wanting forever.
A Scrabble soup set with two huge cups (Melanie and I love playing scrabble!).
A 50 buck gift certificate to thinkgeek.com.
I got Melanie the following:
A 2-quart digital-readout with three heat settings crockpot.
A $160 mixer that she wanted from KitchenAid (used it today to make cornbread) that she REALLY wanted.
A book on the United States Constitution from Barnes & Noble that she wanted as well.
And most importantly....I got...engaged! Proposed to Melanie about 2 weeks ago! WOOT!

I got a Roady XT (XM Satellite Radio - both a car and a home kit), some XBox games (the original Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six 3), some free weights (25 lbs.), Freakonomics ("A rogue economist explores the hidden side of everything", a fantastic book by Steven Levitt, arguable the brightest mind in this country before I arrived), a bunch of clothes, an ultrasonic tape measure, 5,000 more drill- and screwdriver bits (yay!), a couple blades for my circular saw, 3 rare Morgan silver coins and a Bible (*gasp* - from my mother in law), The West Wing Season 5 (to complete my collection!), a Circuit City gift card (which I used to get Need for Speed and some small goodies), and some other little goodies!
Uhhhh, what exactly type of "Morgans" are you talking about? I'm tired but that sounds a lot like a certain coin I have seen, but no one would buy it for anyone... Mainly because it costs as much as that car I talk about. The coins I have aren't worth THAT much but a few are quite good. Like the 300 year old German coins I have, and some solver certificates from America....
