Time to Lynch a Judge

Now is something like fleshbag behavior modification the answer? Would it work? Does that violate the criminal's civil liberties? Do or should criminals still have them? Or should certain criminals, like pedophiles?

Or while no-one was murdered, should a fleshbag like this be considered for the death penalty, simply for the life or lives he has potentially ruined or at least scarred?

No wait... a program for frontal lobotomies, then all the people who are "cleansed" in this fashion are inducted in the DOT for various states to pickup garbage and fill pot-holes!

Potentially these crimes could be worse than murder. If you are dead, you're dead. But these kids could suffer the rest of their lives, which could be a very long time.

The death penalty does seem a bit wasteful. These shits would not repay much of their debt to society as fertiliser or soylent green.

What about as involentary organ doners. They could save a life or lives by giving up their organs. Sure you may not want a paedos heart but given the option of that or death I think most people would get over their superstitious/moral objections (it's just meat after all).

For the unsuitable live human scientific subjects might be the use for them. Probably ensuring a slow and unpleasent death through experimental drugs and/or genetic manipulation and furthering science for the rest of us.

everyone's got a big mouth about how would you torture this guy. i'm not excusing him but he and those like him are obviously deviant predators. it's like you guys wanna somehow feel better about yourselves. what would be the point of torturing him. it's too damn late to help the girl. just locke him up and make him do some ****ing menial/hard work. (coal minning anyone)

With the huge number of people waiting for donor parts, i really don't think these people would need to be kpet alive very long once they were slated for the chopping block. The money saved on lethal injection, and confinement, would be tremendous, and the severity of the punsihment would have to deter some of the less severe criminals. The only reason i am currently against the death penalty is because they don't use the inmates organs as donor parts, when with the death of one social deviant we could be saving the life of so many people.
