Adding to what Warriorfan808 said... Winternals has a great little program
called ERD Commander. Not sure how different it is from SERD.
I've used ERD Commander religiously when needing to get
into a Windows system in which we didn't have the password.

I've also used what MsMittens suggested, wonderous little tool that
fits on a floppy. ...don't know if they have a swedish version though?? ; )
