I've been typing all night on a hard floor and my butt is hurting. Going to bed.
I thought (assumed) you had the laptop booted up at work.
So what happened?

@cheyenne1212-(3) yes i can type my username and password
probably best to not show your password here. Might want to edit that. I know its a small chance that people will connect who you are with where you work, but better safe than sorry.
passwords are case sensitive so make sure you got all that right.
oh no, open'ed it up at home and now on vacation.
Work is not an option for another 2 weeks.
I was certian you are able to bypass this all with some mindfull thinking.
Sounds more like putin it 2u.
:D
well, the words
dell, preconfigured, kinda make me cringe :p
you can log in at work on this laptop or have you not had it on the work network yet?
yikes paper was printed in all caps, i used all lower case and all caps... yet still no go...
is my only option to boot it up at work?
I have not yet booted the laptop on the work network yet. I guess thats my only option? I do hope not.
well I think you need to call the company or whoever and get clarification on your password.
One problem you mentioned they printed the pass in all caps.
THe password could be something like it
putinIT2u
or
PuTiNiT2U
or many options if you know what I mean.
THers also the possibility that they mistyped the password when they configured it.
how bout this.... erase it all and start new? There is nothing on the laptop so i deffinetly dont mind. This will rid me of the preconfigured stuff.
What do i need to do to make this possible?
