Yes, it could be a temperature problem...............I would normally clean off the "white gunk" and use a silver based compound from Arctic Silver or Antec. They are 20x (yes twenty times) more efficient than the white stuff;)
Please follow the instructions carefully, as you can use too much as well as too little.
This box has a slight problem with the power supply...........I just hit it with a rubber hammer to get the fan going :D

lol at the power supply, thanks man never seen it report temps like this 24.9c :) think i need some thermal paste of some sort but for now Im smoking, thanks for the help
