This is a computer security forum where he has also posted his nonsense and when asked by security experts to run certain tests and submit the results he just ignores them and continues with his mindless blathering. BTW, I systematically fall into the "Expert" slot. Others here are way more “up” on the intricacies of common packet structure, but when it comes to RF and radio along with analog signal generation of the electromagnetic spectrum and structure of the ether, I would place my ass into the 99 percentile.

I used to have an E-Machine. My ex GF robbed me of it though after we broke up.
I was sad, I spent 200 dollars on a 128 MB RAM card for it and used it for Free BSD and Linux. I miss the keyboard too :( I should go buy another one.
For some reason, even though there are 4 computers on this desk, all of them were bought and paid for in cash by me (I miss being a dealer too) and they all have 17 inch flat screens and some awesome hardware, and I STILL want more computers. I would love a 486 or 10 for testing things out on, and I'd love some Pentium 2s or 3s for mroe testing.
I have an OS for each machine I just named and I want to play with them :( I'd build a DOS box so I could have one DOS machine, and the other 486 machines would be BSD and Slackware boxes. The other machines would be Windows 95, 98, ME, and other Linux toys.

As for the tv cam the government use to watch us all when we have our boxes on. As all us Brits should no. The tv licencing authority use the fact that tv's emit an RF signal. Thus they are able to park there detector vans outside your house and pick up this transmition, which tells them you are indeed watching television and even what channel. Using this data they cross reference your address with there database of licenced households. Then send you a hefty fine if you have not got a licence.
Some time ago people were looking at ways to avoid paying for this licence and one of the methods i read about was, the use of an RF filter between the television and Antenna. Which was suposed to filter out the teltel RF emission so confounding the detector vans.
When I was in England I lived in a small town of about 5 houses, a thousand year old stone church full of graves that scared the pee out of you while stumbling home in the fog and NO FRIGGIN PUB. I didn't pay the color license the first year I was there. I would watch TV then turn it off when I could hear a car coming up the road which was about 4 a day. (Hey I was scared of those van things at the time). Little did I know at the time that turning it off or unplugging it really mattered. As long as either the antenna is hooked up or they get close enough with no antenna... they can send a signal out constructed in a way to induce noise in the front end of a television reciever by exciting little thingies that generate easily recordabe RF. So I bought a license. :D And then got Sky. "Dish of the day" was on right After Beavis and Butthead
Placing a filter between the antenna and receiver would help. But it would have to be very discriminating in what it blocks or no tv could get in. And Television has a huge bandwidth (3 Megaherts NTSC per channel) If one could find the fequency of the band the tv detector codgers are interested in - they could spoil their fun It's hard though since they have bicycles and mobil units that can walk right up to the door.
We have always had free television here in the good ol USA as far back as I can remember, I can still recieve at least 5 good channels free of charge to this day. Since you all have to pay for your television useage, do you get it commercial free?
The TV licence fee is entirely towards funding the BBC (the State corporation). There is no advertising. The commercial channels are funded by advertising.
I noticed the suggestion to look up TEMPEST...........why? the technology is 50 years old and obsolete. NONSTOP (analog) and HIJACK (digital) are much more modern. The point is that they are all "surveillance systems" and are intended to avoid detection, NOT advertise themselves :rolleyes:
What amuses me is the concept of hacking or jamming an e-machine with RFI..............to even interfere with a machine from a distance and outside a building would take a hell of a lot of energy..........where is that coming from.
I would look for traditional malware, faulty hardware, a dirty power supply or a faulty appliance in the building..............then maybe look for radar transmitters, microwaves, EMF and so on from anything close to the building......................but that would be a logical and scientific approach?

Road... what you should have done is put ferrites all along your coax, plus use the filter i spoke of. You would have been safe enough. Mind you, the licence fee would have been cheaper. But there is nothing like sticking it to the man, is there........LMAO

In my case there was a large "TV" (actually a specialised device) in the training department for watching videos..............no licence required. The same goes for CCTV as it fails the "public viewing" criterion :D
I had a discussion with them not so long ago when I moved house. I had two licences and one was due for renewal. The guy suggested:
1. Don't use the expired licence TVs and transfer the current licence when you move.
2. Take out a renewal on monthly direct debit, then cancel the direct debit when you move :).
They actually have to catch you using the TV to receive public broadcasts.

In the US there are commercially available, non-license required microwave links that have plenty of power to fuxors a computer operating in the 1.5 to 3 gig range. you only need enough power to induce a little noise in the processor to make it skip or confuse a few operations and corrupt data. TEMPEST is old if you look at it old school like HF or VHF and UHF stuff. Hell even 800 -900 Mhz pcs ran into issues with corrupting coordless phone and cell usage. Frequency hopping saved the day. ;)
