The time has arrived where the system should probably be going down. I wonder how long it will be now? It's 12:55PM EST in State College... so....

Good luck!
well I don't know about anyone else... but everything seems to have gone reasonably ok... not noted any problems yet
Well I don't know who's problem this is, but for some reason at work I can't get to the website. I've been sitting here hitting F5 on IE for the last 4 hours and still kept getting the "We will be down for 3 hors" default page. Then I just got an email saying someone had made a post here, clicked on it (I'm using Windwos XP remotely connected into my home computer to make this post) and bam it worked. So that is odd. But glad to see all is well, and people are still alive afterwards!
It's pretty sad though that I had so much of a withdrawal I had to find a place (http://www.techsupportguy.com) like AO to make posts until they got it back up and running. But that place sucks compared to here!
< Edit > I actually deleted all my cookies and my IE cache and restarted the computer at my work and it's still not letting me see AO. Talk about being a bastard! </Edit >
I haven't noticed any problems as of yet. Way to go JupMan!! I just hope the new hardware stands the test of time.

You work place network probably uses a caching proxy and the page isn't being refreshed... (My best guess)Quote:

OHHHHHHHH .... 6PM GMT not 06:00 UTC.... hmmm big difference.. geez paint me green and call me salad..
18:00 UTC is when most Aussie techs (except those on graveyard shift) are playing UT or CS.. and those that have to start work at 20:00 UTC (8am QLD Local time) will be packing some z's..
no difference to the loading of pages here..
so i suspect that the job was done well..
Cheers
..
no lets see AM = 00 to 12:00... PM = 12:01 to 23:59... there for ... geeeez id-10-t

There also have been issues of people not even being able to access the site. Apparently Antionline.com is still not found for some individuals.
DNS still being propogated?
