Dick Morris does'nt seem to think so, and he's nobody's whipping boy last time i checked. Morris said he's one of the most savy political figures he has seen in quite awhile. Just because someone isnt as articulate as say Clinton, does'nt mean their stupid.Quote:
Some people may seem him as strong , but no one sees him as intelligent outside of the core republican supporters. T othe rest of us he comes accross as very dumb. If the dems where smart they would revive "its the econamy, stupid" it is more fitting here then it was in 94.
Just take a look at this pic, i don't think this many Americans would have voted for a "dumb" person to be their President.
And here is a site with some interesting info on it if you want to check it out aswell:

The sad part about that pic is it shows that the county I live in voted for gore :(
But thats a real truthful pic
Holy smokes, mine did too! ! ! :(
I'm pretty sure Tennessee used to vote primarily Democratic, but in the last 20 years or so it has become much more conservative. Democrats 20 years ago are a bit different than the ones you see today, and Democrats and Republicans from a long time ago were virtually indistinguishable.
The county where I'm living at has always been a bunch democrats. I far as I know I'm the only republican in my county.
Now where I use to live in chicago, there were a lot of republicans there.
Thats interesting, if you will look at the map, the metropolitan areas are where the heaviest concentration of Democratic voters are.Quote:

Yeah its all changed. It weird how for a couple years counties vote one way then for the next so many years the vote differently.
But when I was there it was republican.
It has indeed, infact my old man voted for Carter for some strange reason, and he's one of the staunchest conservatives i know. When i used to watch the Waltons years back, he would walk by and say "The Waltons.....those left wingin bastards!" hehe. I was a little to young to understand what the hell he was talking about, so i just continued watching.....john_boy was my favorite character. I guess i would have to re-watch some of that show to see if they really were liberal or not, but i don't really give a damn about it so i won't.Quote:

I only have a few things to say. One thing is, a major problem I have with democrats, is some of there beliefs is gun control. I wont go into it, but trust me, I'll be a felon, before I become a democrat. Although I don't agree with either party 100%, My strong beliefs are republican, and secondly, I am really honestly proud that with a topic such as politics that it hasn't gotten really ugly...yea for us!
Oh, and the war? Clinton had a hand in it too...remember he bombed them before Bush did....anyone here remember the dangerous aspirin factory he hit?
I agree with you 100% techtech. I want my right to bear arms. After all it is in the constitution. I also actively support the NRA.Quote:

Its kinda funny down here where I live because everybody around has bumper stickers saying "you can have my gun after you pry it from my cold dead hands", or "You'll never take my gun", yet they have another sticker saying that they are pro Gore.
People complain a lot of times saying guns are to dangerous, only police need to have them ect, ect. But they don't understand that if you live in the country you have to have a gun to shoot a deer. :) Which brings another issue into play about animal rights. lol. It all plays in together somehow.
