Ms. M: My issue was with the comment. It appears "short-sighted" and dismissive. Telnet is a protocol that functions perfectly well in a lot of situations.... He may have been referring to an open telnet port but the post was misleading IMO. Maybe it was a communication issue... But it needed to be addressed.....
But that could just be the old fart in me talking...... :(

Speaking as a Professional Old Fart I like my old telnet.....
I was a new old fart once..... that was nearly 6 years ago.... But the smell is still, relatively, mild and can be overpowered by copious quantities of Brut..... But I gave that up.... It made the young girls run away screaming...... Even Rioter's avatar turned her back..... ;)
