Another point I would like to make is that this thing may appear in two dimensional space to be traveling against the floor..But when you look at it in the proper perspective...And in your mind draw an imaginary line from one side of the video to the other you will most assuredley determine that the object is traveling at a distance of between 8 to 12 inches above the floor..You can literally see underneath it...That is strange...

I don't doubt the existance of anything. Mainly because of the things I have seen myself. I'v watched it a few times, and when it is going across the floor, it seems to be almost pulsating. Now, while watching the video, let's go through something:
Could be a lazer pointer, because when it goes into the dark halway of mystery, it seems as though it could be reflecting off the walls inside there. I could prolly re-create this. Moving a pointer across the room and then when it seems as though it entered the room and kept going, just release the button, either way the thing dissappears.
Could be something else:
I'v never seen a real ball lightning before in my life, but from what I understand, it is a ball of lightning going across the floor. I'v met people who were nearly hit by one. Also, when you think og a ball of electricity, youd think it would be moving like lightning, if you watch closely, you can see this thing almost rolling like lightning does.
Attached is a picture I found. I'm very interested in this type of thing, and anyone who wants can see this picture I found. It's a very old one, but you can see the oddity quite clearly.

Someone would have had to be in the buildig to cast a ligt into the camera lense.

Aeallison, my little PFY, I think they think you're pulling our chains and set this up. However if this is all something that was not set up, than...COOL!
Look closely now guys. What's in this picture? ;)

Could be an infrared light (from a remote control or something)... digital camera's pick those up.

That is weird too Gore... I am not hoaxing anything here, but I am interested in everyones views, I can't explain it myself. I had hopes that you could, I would be skeptical too if I were in everyone elses shoes. I just put that cam in yesterday.

I also notice that It does not grow....Just the aura around it seems to increase when it enters the lighted area.....When it leaves the field of light at the stairway entrance it actually and suddenly becomes smaller as it enters the shadow of the stairway which would be consistent (or what you would expect) from an object moving away that refracts light as it moves into darkness...Plus the fact that there is evident motion blur on the Orb itself tends to tell you that what you are seeing is from the camera's eye and not just something moshed into the image later...If it's a hoax it is a good one...

Again, blowing this up full screen, Turning up contrast to full & lowering brightness and you will notice certain light pixels 'flash' on the screen every few frames indicating a repeated short video loop.
These repeat, until the 'spooky' object speeds up and then a few other patterns appear, and although too quick for my eye to view exactly, but these seem to be a few loops of a short section, then a few loops of another etc.
Sorry to re-post this but those on this case may have missed the edit.
I reckon this is a forgery.

Steve has a good point but Allison says this is from a web cam...there is undoubtedly going to be some artifacts caused by missing frames (blips)......This would tend to point to the videos validity in my book or at the least attest to the fact that the object was in that space when it was videotaped and not added in later (or the object itself would be inconsistent with the background making it easy to debunk)...

This may seem unlikely but I wouldn't put it out of the question.
