I live in Germany and of course we have contracts here too - not everyone here is wearing "LEDERHOSEN" ;-)
It´s true, there is a bit more information, but she signed the contract with her new name (the name she got after marriage) - which isn´t a real problem anymore cuz I already found out her maiden name :-)) What I also now is that shes German but has some relatives in Japan - but her parents live somewhere in Germany... Ah what I forgot is that she lived about a year or somethin in the house - not just a few weeks! Belive me if it would just be a few hundred € I won´t give a f**k, but it´s not and that´s what makes me angry...
If I could just find out the place of birth I´m pretty sure that the problem is solved!

As you can see from the lack of answers there doesn't seem to be anyone here with the ability to help you further. You are talking to a worldwide community about something that has unique cultural issues. What we can do here to find a person doesn't seem to be viable in Germany. What can be done in Germany probably couldn't be done here. Since I don't see a bunch of hands raised from our German members I'm guessing that you have them stumped too and they know your system.

Place your anger aside and put it down to experience..... Move on.... You will suffer more in the long run if you can't let it go.

I'm not sure if there's anything more we can offer. Again, this is a bit out of the scope of computer security, so it's not exactly our forte. Beyond hiring a P.I., looking into law enforcement avenues, or just counting it loss, I'm not sure what else you could do.

Of course she provided contacts but these aren´t actual anymore...

NO - I can´t go to the police until I have found out her place of birth... It would be to difficult to explain but its because of German laws...
