if you gave physical access to that person they could have installed a "back door" or a program like dameware to spy on your pc... my advice to you would be to get adaware or spybot SD first and if that doesnt cure it you might need to talk to someone with some authority...

I know it is all said and done, but anyone ever think about doing a netstat command, and seeing if it is IRC (port 6667)? I know this person probably has NO clue about DOS... just a thought...

Is the only 'symptom' of the stalking the one e-mail you recieve when you log into messenger? Is it the same message everytime? Is it threatening? Or is it freaking you out simply 'cuz they HAVE your email address?
