Wow imagine detecting a change in 2.68 microseconds. Well we all better set our clocks off by 0.00000268 seconds. :D Once that builds enough they will issue a leap second subtraction for LOD to the atomic clock in Boulder and then the GPS system. That would take a while. Nice article.
