The condensate is at a condition where the particles are in their lowest possible energy state.
Therefore according to this quantum model (Bose?) they cannot give up any more energy. They cannot reduce their energy, cannot step any further.
Not even friction can give them energy. Thus friction ceases to exist. Kind of like in a superconductor?
Without friction there is no way for the particles to adhere to their surroundings. In this case a container.
Thus they will disperse to all areas of the container or just.... "jump" out.
