If you have admin rights on the machine, install a keylogger and get the password, that's if it's not the default admin password.
Secondly, try using a live CD if you want to visit sites that you shouldn't be.

A lot of these "nanny systems" actually ban stuff that is quite innocuous:rolleyes:
