Here let me explain, good trick any smart guy uses is:
He will find the ugliest fattest girl in the room The one you wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole on the end Of Dead's D***.
And they will treat her like a Queen, make her feel perfect. All the time paying attention to her and no one else.
Why you might ask, simple.
Every other girl in the room sees this, and because the guy doesn't care about looks, and is sensitive he will More then likely, no matter how Ugly (With in reason) he is . Will get about 5-25 telephone numbers.
God that is one of my favorite's.
It actually works to, the only side effect though is the fact that you have a female that you probably don't like that wants to date you know. There is a quick fix to this though,

I dont think strategies work, a girl either likes you or you like her and you talk thats it. No major theory involved.
Plus why would you work that hard for a phone number when you could just ask, if someones interested they will give it anyway, looking sensitive and talking to fat girls wont make any girl I know go 'OMG he is so sensitive' it'll be more like 'God, I didnt know he liked fat girls'
