You must live in Yankee land if you don't have any Chipotle! Yesterday I was weak....I didn't eat my oranges and went to Chipotle for lunch, instead. :(Quote:

Back on track today with a salad, orange, and fat-free pringles.
(I'm saving up so I can eat like a pig this weekend!)
Heh, I do the same thing. I eat healthy all week, but pig out on the weekends. That's the only rule I really follow, I don't follow any specific diet.
However, I'm also more active on the weekends, so I guess it counteracts the eating. :D
Ewwwwwwwww... do you know what these things do to your insides?!Quote:

1. Considering his age, it may simply be genetics.
2. We are taught proper nutrition, but capitalism demands we buy certain products, ie unhealthy food products that are tasty.
3. What i said was much more useful than what you said, as he is more likely to take heed to a friendly bit of advice than a scolding attack on his life, in which you know none about. My advice to you is to stop being a dick for no ****ing purpose. Apparently you have some sort of penis deficiency, so i suggest you take a look here, i believe you may just be thick enough to believe it. Not suitable for viewers under the age of 18
2. Most people aren't taught proper nutrition, hell, I know I wasn't. Next, what you said makes no sense because... well, you're an idiot. Capitalism is a free market economic system and doesn't demand anything of us other than taxes. He is the one who chooses how to eat and if he wants a burger, that's his thing. He isn't forced to eat a burger without any alternatives. If he had no alternatives other than a burger or something unhealthy, I'd see your point. But since you can walk into McD's and even buy a salad, your point is voided. :\ Dumbass.
3. See my signature, may help you.
Today's Meals:
2 cups of black coffee for breakfast.
a Dr Pepper for lunch.
1 decent sized serving of pot roast with potatos and carrots, and a Dr. Pepper for supper.
Now given this info because the breakfast and lunch stay constant always - and I never snack between meals...why in the hell am I still gaining weight? Contrary to popular belief I do exercise regularly... maybe if I make the actual meal my lunch instead of supper...
I try to stick to the ethyl alcohol side of the drink tree.Quote:
WILL drink : beer / wine / beer / spirits / beer and on the weekend I like to unwind with a beer or ten.
WONT drink : Potcheen, ttp://homepage.eircom.net/~bunrattyw...rypotcheen.htm
or that Absinthe stuff http://www.absinth.com/
tried 'em both, but the hangovers were HELL............ :drink: : puke: :D
And I believe I may have found a drink that even Gore would be tempted by..........

BlackIce, cut out the Dr. Pepper, or at least make it diet, and start eating real meals. Your body thinks it's starving, because it's not getting food for so long. Your metabolism doesn't start working until you eat in the mornings. Because you're going so long between real meals, your metabolism doesn't work hardly ever. In your case, you would actually lose more weight by eating more, not less. But it has to be healthy food, not junk food. ;)
You heard the lady Ice.
All good advice, eat five small proper meals a day, spread out through the day, and you will lose weight.
Now all I have to do is find a healthy PORK PIE :DQuote:

Thanks Deb, I'll take that into account - can't stand diet dr pepper though, so I'll switch over to unsweetened iced tea or water (I've been trying that for a week now btw, with mixed results). As for meals, I'm just not hungry until suppertime - maybe I've been doing this for so long I'm used to it. I'll try the breakfast thing though.
