Yeah, dots mean nothing to me. I get them from time to time when I post something of use to the community, not because of GCC posts because I rarely ever wander in there. See how that works? I provide something of use to the community and they, in turn, give me something back. But quite frankly I could just do without the whole dots thing. I can trace my time with AO back to before there was a forum, around the end of 1996... you know, before there was anything stored on archive.org ;) FWIW, I followed attrition.org from around the same time, probably middle 97 or so when the feud really got to going.
