Here we sit on a Sunday morning shepherding some 80 GB of profile/home drive/file server shares from an old server to a new one. The trick is making sure everything moves with ACLs and all intact -- and that it ALL moves.
Most of the work is done, we are just waiting for the last 30 GB or so. This is like the third try with that particular part. Once that is done, we perform some magic in AD, take the old server out, rename the new one and the user doesn't know the difference.
Pretty cool, huh?

Hmmm ... Me an my bud (a Tar Heel to the core) have a running joke. When we try to shoot trash into the wastbasket (aka trashcan baskteball), and we miss, it is called:
SHOOTIN' LIKE A DUKE!
We get a lot of strange looks in this part of the country, 'cause they don't understand the rivalry between Duke and the other NC schools.
