Installed Red Hat 8 the other day.....1/2 the time, more plug and play and stocked with programs. All working flawlessly, and the zero cost was appreciated. (screams on a P-350)

As I stated before, you can ignore point number 2 from Anirak, its complete and utter bullshit...
Most installations of ME are not stable.. and definately not more stable than 98.. or 98SE....
You are lucky, you have gotten an install of ME that is stable...
You are even luckier, as you can purchase an upgrade to 2K or XP for quite cheap, and actually get a stable OS... :D

For some reason, I don't know why, I doubt that you have...
I seen people writing OS's, and I think that its waaay above your head, from just your post...
I've spoken to a lot of people on AO, and from what I've seen, the majority of them have some programming knowledge... easily enough to write a huuuge 100 lines of code... considering a basic loop can take at least 2 or 3 lines of code...
One of my good friends, who shall soon be joining us at AO, has started to write an OS.. it took him a fair while just to write the boot loader... and he was writing in assembly.... so what have you done?? This guy is doing Advanced Computer Science at uni... I see no mention of your studies which make you so almighty...
I implore you, come tell us what makes you so great as to talk to us in the manner that you have... quite frankly, unless your Linus Torvald, I quite frankly will disregard anything you have to say....
So to you I say, you are truly a waste of space.. I've seen nothing of worth come out of your mouth, so do us all a favour, and never speak again, lest someone cut out your tongue..

I said I had seen nothing of worth come out of your mouth.. that was not saying that your useless, just that you have like 5 posts, and really were not making a good entrance into the AO community... and if you were going to continue acting in that manner, you would be doing us all a favour by keeping it to yourself... learn to speak civil, and people will react civil...
The fact that you just openly challenged people to a fight and gave them your address, knowing nothing about them, raises further questions about your mental stability... How do you know that one of the members you just challenged to a fight isn't going to actually come to your address....
Just think of how much better it would've been if you hadn't gotten angry in your post....
That was the information that I was asking for.. you were showing that you have a reason to comment on OS creation, even if you did originally express it in a really ****ed up way.... but the crap you've said man... threatening me and all the others on AO... calling me a coward... telling me to come to your house to fight you.... let me ask you this...
