I have a very hard time w/ breakfast, but remember, it doesn't neccesarily have to be breakfast, it just has to be food. A lot of times, I'll have just a slice of toast w/ butter or (my favorite) an apple w/ some peanut butter.

I rarely eat in the day. Mostly I eat after 8 pm after I put the girls to bed when I can eat without interruptions and watch a movie.
Usually my health regime consists of a healthy portion of cheese laden ( mozzerella, chedder, romano, parmesan, and cottage ) lasana in meat sauce with mushrooms, green peppers, and fried hamburger ...served with a generous, albeit calorie efficient, assortment of coffee, coke, and chocolate milk... with a flavourful yet delicate plate of Rocky Road ice cream, Smarties, or Malted Milk balls !
And yes...I can still touch my fingers to the floor and run....errrr....huff...huff...around a track once without...huff...stopping...gasp...huff ! :D
