:( My laptop just wnnt to Best Buy for service. :(
I had to wait until the one tech I trusted was there. I wasn't willing to surrender her to anyone else. I no longer have a computer. The only one in the house belongs to the GF.
I don't know if I can survive for 2 weeks without her.
Sorry Shrek, but Gentoo has turned into the cool thing to use. Everyone loves Gentoo because it is cool. It's the hip thing to use. BS, I have tried out gentoo, not my cup of tea, I would rather use a Shell on a Free box, then run a gentoo box.
One small note if you start to cry when your computer goes into repair, you might need to either get a lappy and a desktop for yourself, or seek help. I personally recommend the first of the 2. That and do what I do, try to do whenever possible. Fix whatever my problem is, myself.

I'm gonna have to do a format of my HD on my laptop pretty soon. I go so many programs I downloaded on there its not even funny. I'm gonna have to make backups of what I want to keep that I downloaded (Office XP professional, Visio, Bryce 5, 3d's max, NAV corporate Version, Microsoft Studio, Office 2003, Windows XP pro.)
