I just had a nice long session with my "Team Leader" to formulate my"Job Plan."
I had to realize my core competencies and developmental needs. Corporate BS. It's not enough that I wear a tie, I have to think like a tie too.
EDIT: I think I just got CS, I may be joining the clan soon. Yes, I'll contribute to the server.

Just stopped working on my blog site got tired only 3 more pages left :) Was working on it from 3 in the afternoon till now.
I was out drinking, am home now thoygh.....have to wake up at six o'clock...school..till 2:35 then to work from 4 till 10....2 more weeks of schol left....thats nice:)
lol i've had this whole week off, start again on wendsday. political campign over finally :)

That is exactly why I like my job. I have to remain professional when customers are in plant, but I don't have to wear clothing that everybody wears to be something they are not. Corperate America anyway.
