Katherine -- possibly derived from Greek 'pure/virginal'; Quenya vende 'maiden', or vénea 'virginal'. The name would be one of the following (your choice): Vendea, Vénea, Vendie, Vénie

Timothy -- from the Greek 'honor + God'; Quenya alcar 'glory', Eru 'God', thus Alcareru. It is also possible to use aista 'honor, reverence', to create Aisteru

Melissa -- from the Greek 'a bee'; Quenya nier 'honey-bee', thus Nione or Niere

Devon -- from the Gaelic word for 'poet'; Quenya linwe 'poem', carindo 'maker, doer', so possibly Linwecarindo.

To anyone who may be interested:

I've found a book of Elven phrases with... interesting phrases in Quenya/Sindarin. Some seem to be quite useful (A helta ar caita caimanna, for example). And for those lazy bums out there, I've found out that you do not have to put the accents over the vowels when necessary, simply double the vowel. For example, namárie is the same as namaarie, so just use whichever you prefer.

And I'll still be more than happy to translate names, words, etc... just let me know what you need and I'll do it.
