Quick comment - I read a good line somewhere else. How can the Gov. pay reparations when the tax payer base that makes up the revenues for the Gov. includes nationalities that weren't present back in the days of slavery ? IE, Latin American, Asian American, Middle Eastern American or any other * American that wasn't present or has yet to be defined into a catagory, even though by definition in a melting pot there would be no catagories. Just my humble point.
