Like, what do you mean "compromise" on the RAM. Do you mean go cheap, or go for the good stuff? MY wife almost killed me when she found out I spent about $1000 on my Computer..........

How about 2 x 1 Gb @ $99 which will save $14?...................and buy her a bottle of wine with the difference on the $212?................keep the bottle though...............you may want to hit her with it :D
