Well, if you got pulled over by the cops couldn't you just tell them that the original driver isn't able to drive at the moment due to injuries? And you had no cellular phone or form of communicacion to call 911 so you decided to drive him to the hospital yourself :p Wouldn't that work? Don't know never been pulled over and if I see them behind me, I'll just his the accelerator and they don't chase me (here in this country) ;)
