oh i hit 18 i 8 months :)
I started drinking when I was 13 :( So I dunno what that mean's, but I do remember it wasn't hard to get drink's at that age (older siblings, friends, etc).
I lived in Croatia, and there is NO drinking or smoking age.....
They've upped the legal drinking age to 24 here.Imagine THAT 24!!! lol
