Well, I started drinking at this same age (14) and I can just walk into any store grab some licour, pay for it and leave without presenting ID or anything similar just money.. Why? Because a.) I buy beer/rum for my parents all the time so I'm well known b.) No laws (or at least they aren't re-inforced by police)
I have walked past a police officer with a bottle of beer and drinking it (Although I do that as few times as possible because my father knows a lot of people and the people here start saying "hey I saw your son drinking..." and then I lose some trust). The other day I was driving and the police van stopped behind me and I saw them through the rear-view mirror and they saw how young I look (although most people say I look 16 some have even said 21) but they continued but even if I do get caught I always have enough money for a beer so I can bribe the cops into letting me be. :)

Did you know you could translate any page into english with the Google toolbar? Right click a page in another language and click "Translate into English." (Must have google toolbar installed because going to http://translate.google.com takes you to google.com.

C'mon kids... have some drinks and stuff. I had a friend who'd do jumps and slides on his skate board for these guys & they'd give us cigs and booz just for being cool or something. Funny thing was they were to drunk to notice half the time.
