AO Clan

We have about 5 cs servers running right now.. so feel free to jump on. Alot more members to... (even though I don't play cs anymore ) :eek:

well normally, we start with 800 dollars, and yes there are no mods on there, but we (xmaddness) are working on it to get AMX and statsme and other plugins on. We did have a server that had AMX, and statsme, etc etc, but we upgraded to a full dedicated dual 2.4ghz xeon server.

Also with AO members getting owned left and right, I'm sure you don't own everyone all the time do you? lol We currently have about 15 or so members, not all of them from here though.

All I can say is have patience, this server is only a few weeks old, we're still breaking it in.

Mormegil...the 16k cash was done just for fun...right know there are no plug-ins installed in the server as cheyenne mentioned, so we've been just screwing around in there. Most of us AOs are very good players and we get the job done when it comes to scrims. Until everything is finished uploading, we're pretty much going to play just for fun, or not "try" if you might. Once the plugins are in there, we can start using our strategies and clan practices again. Also you might see that we play snow a lot...most likely because of me :). Even on our website forums, you won't see much action going on as for updates and such. I'm working on a flash based website, but it wont be done anytime soon (learning as I build).

Chey, once the stuff is set up, can make it so it the server says "Complaints?, Suggestions?, type /exit in console"

I'm tired of freegin 14 year old kids trying to tell me how to run a server or the little morons who bitch and whine about everything like we owe them anything.

I would love to...I used to play infiltration, Unreal and many others.
But all i have now is dialup :(
i guess that rules me out.

It is possible for you to play on a dial up line. we have come across some people that do. lol

We don't have a high ping kicker on the server, and it is serverd by OC-192 lines.


Woudln't hurt to give it a shot.

You should be able to play on our server with dialup....but you cannot join the clan until you get some faster internet. During matches, our ping cannot go over 100 for a long time or we'll get disqualified.

Hi guys.

I had a go on counterstrike before, but I live in the halls now and our admins don't allow game conections to the net. I could of course break the rules, but I hope to become admin one day as well, so wouldn't do it.

I'm moving out of halls soon though, so will have a chance to play. I will gladly join the clan and do contributions as often as I can.

BUT. I will need my name saved for me till then, as I'm already used to being Nightcat

Forward your game ports through a different port. lol

i.e. CS uses 27015, just have it forwarded through your web port 80 :D. lol

Actually I wouldn't suggest that. lol
