I'm sure he is.
These surgeries just take time to recover from. My grandma had open hear sugery, and it was several weeks before she was released.
I think other then all the pain that he is in ect, i think he might be injoying it, he has a room to himself, and he has HOT nurses there waiting on him hand and foot, end ever where in between...
oh yah and he has internet access..

Well all is fine, surgery was a complete Success!!!!!!!!
I'm in alotta pain though, not allowed to talk or eat solids for a few days..
I carn't stay long, i'm illegally using the phone in the room..
{It's amazing what a few wires here and there can do..}
anyhow just thought i'd pop in to tell you all that all is well.
