I spoke with a woman and was telling her to 'right click' and everytime i told herto she would put me on hold. Eventually growing very tired of this I inquire on what she is doing when she places me on hold. She told me she was writing click on her computer screen. OMG.\
I fell on the floor at that point.

Not quite as bad as when my sister had a computer problem and I asked her to boot it so I could have a look at it... When I walked into the room she was kicking the base unit!!
