signature problem

I cannot edit my signature, when ever I click on "edit signature" I get the message:

This has been happening to me ever since the whole signature thing was updated (I didn't mention it at first cause I thought the problem might just go away).

i got the same message when i tried editing my sign.

But the thread got closed after JP said that the problem has been fixed. Well, it hasn't.

I concur. This is a conspiracy against those of us without fancy l33t sigs. I get the same error and no Cartman picture. =(


BTW, if anyone is interested in designing me one I'd be interested in posting it. ;)

I never had a problem with it, but mayb that is because I have a really annoying sig now.

Well, it seems like MOST users aren't having a problem with this. I tried to re-create the problem on my end, with no luck.

HOWEVER, several users obviously are having problems, so something's strange someplace.

Those of you that are having problems, please post the following:

1. What OS you are using.
2. What browser (including version)
3. Is javascript on/off
4. Are cookies enabled on your browser
5. Do you have your site options set to "use cookies" or "don't use cookies"

Just about all combinations of the above should still work, but there's got to be a common link here somewhere! thanks.

The OS I am using is either windows XP pro or 2000 (depends which machine I'm sitting in front of in college (neither works)).
I vary between microsoft IE 5.5 and 6 (again works on neither).
On all the machines javascript is off, cookies are enabled (most of the time) and my site options are set to "don't use cookies".
