It is probably a standalone typewriter that doesnt interact with the computer at all but just sits out the front to look good :D
Still it has a built in steering wheel for playing need for speed underground . which is cool its just too bad its on the wrong angle to the monitor.... maybe the wheel is for crank starting the computer :)
