Greetings. I am new to this website but have an important question. Please help.
Usually, on the AntiOnline IP locator page, my IP address is a follows:
66.91.214.22 and is located in Herndon, Virgina (my internet company's home site)
HOWEVER, as of yesterday, the locator now reads:
66.91.214.22 in AUSTRALIA!!! Am I currently the victim of a virus, trojan and/or being hacked!
Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The locator is highly inaccurate. (At least it has been with all my tests.) Don't worry, you don't have a virus or anything.

It is strange, however, that my other computer gets an accurate response from the locator. Is there a technical reason as to why I am getting an odd response for *this* particular terminal?
No clue. :-/ Sorry, can any of you other guys help him?

When I change the IP address, for example, to:
66.91.214.21 the locator initially reads "virginia." however, when I refresh my browser, it then reads "Australia." (as of last night, anyway).
Incidentally, during the past week, my (Norton) virus alert reported:
bloodhound.exploit6 (unable to remove)
bloodhound.exploit23 (removed)
trojan.download (unable to remove)
trojan.download (removed)
Also, at shutdown: I now have an unknown program terminating. Perhaps coincidence? Or a connection there?

Well you can download ole “Sam Spade” and check yourself when you’re in the mood. And it also has a trace feature to show you the hops.
