What browser is it? I don't see it, whether default or my "iGoogle" personalized version.
here's a screen shot with both browsers..i tried it on Flock too, same thing as in IE and FF
doing it here since this morning on all machines
seems they are updating their code?
Hmm mine is still above the search bar ...
On google.com the links appear on the top of the page.
But on google.pt/google.es/google.de/google.fr/...... it appears above the search bar.

It's not only your computer but mine aswell. It seems google has changed the links on their page to the upper left hand corner. I'm running IE7 7.0.5730.11 to be exact. I noticed this last night. I was like WTF? My motto is, if it's not broke don't fix it.
And you're right copyright it is annoying.
It seems they have changed quite a bit. Gmail looks kind of funky too. I'm using both IE6&7 as well as FF2.x.
Google.ca looks fine...
Google.com...however appears to have an new fancy dancy toolbar....at the top

Google is constantly changing, sometimes its noticed sometimes not. I use Google as my "start" page and its the personalized version of Google so its started showing as iGoogle first time I saw it I though WTF I'm not running on a Mac, why "iGoogle"?
Couldn't find any press release or anything about it.
