But you'd be amazed how many of those e-mails I get each month. "How do I delete my account? Every time I search on my name your forum returns! I put my business name in my post and now clients searching on it get your forum!". I've seen it so many times I know it by heart.
I don't use my real name on this forum, but a misspelling of my first name. Either way, I wouldn't be too concerned. I can't really think of anything I have posted that I wouldn't want my employer to see. It's not like this is /b/ or something...
