Thanks to all of you out there for giving me suggestions, but i think i am not explaining my problem correctly. let me try once again. listen carefully. About half a year ago , whenever i installed Windows NT4 (server) on my machine , i also installed the sound card(through control panel, bcz NT4 does not detect it automatically) as well and the card always worked fine in that OS. But one day, i format my HDD due to some problems (heavy registry size etc.). Then I installed the same OS (i.e NT4 server) once again. But after that day , i am never able to install the card in NT4 server. i try the NT4 workstation and now trying Win2k as well (as i previously mentioned), but no true 32bit Windows is able to detect my soundcard.
