IMHO, your path in this life is partly by choice. If you to choose to follow the advice that intruder posted, you will probably be happier than those who don't. I have several of those that are rules in my life, and overall I am a happy person, and have a happy life. I'm not saying I don't get frustrated, stressed out and angry as regularly as anyone else, but ultimately, how much of your life you want to spend in those states is up to you. ;)

hapiness is a state of mind I a gree with debwalin this time. I think if you try to be happy then you will. I know am not much of a pesimist, but every could has a silver lining.
