Internet handles

Ok,i was just wondering some of you got quite weird handles like "sonic" and "acid spetrum"
no offence i think they are kewl names....but where did you get them from?

Ehh, I used to go by [] because it's a neat name on Children of the Corn. I signed up for Cyberarmy, and used that handle like two years ago. I forgot the pass, and tried to think of a nick I could remember. jehnx is the first thing that popped in my head, and it's shorter anyway. Since then, I've just used it as my internet handle.

Actually I got mine for when I signed up for the MSN Gaming Zone. I couldn't think of anything else to use as a nick, so I chose one that's based on my calling. A friend where my wife works calls me "preacherman" too, maybe that had something to do with it to.

I was looking for a handle for a StarCraft account, at a loss, I decided I would pick the first thing i saw, I looked down and my radiator, and ontop of that was a clock that read 11:52. I decided to throw them together and get my handle

my handle was actualy quite a funny story..... back when i was about 11 years old i got a user name on AOL that was "Do Me 95" cus of course "Do Me" was taken already...... i was immature back then and also decided to use that as my handle.... but as i got alittle older i realized the whole "Do Me" thing wasnt gonna work.... hehe so one of my good online buddies told me why not just leave it as "Dome" and i thought hey what a great handle that not alot of people use.....

Do you know any other Domes??? cus i sure dont! :) and ive had my hanlde ever since... i think i was about 13 so this had to have been in '96-'97..... i know i know im still a young one :)

Sarin is a name i found somewhere, not related to the evil nerve gas.
i use maDCap aswell soemtimes, its my music nick, im know as madcap when i play music.. look up the meaning and youll understand that one.

oblivionmage is another story.

Mankan is a common swedish nickname for people named Magnus. No one at work or any other place for that matter calls me anything but Mankan so I guess I signed up with it from habit.

A few years back I created a mud character; an evil bitch, sort of a cross breed between Trinity and GI Jane, which I called Tinkerbell. I still use Tinkerbell alot, mostly in counter strike or other games.

Okay, mine is not really Cojonudo, it's Cojonuda.
But I prefer that you guys consider me a guy.
I can hack as good as any of you ;)

Mine nick means Kool Kat...I have had it for quite awhile. I have about 8 other nicks too.

i used to drive rally.. and my style of passing/overtaking was questionable when it came to safety.. I would pass on corners, use the roadside drains and would "appear" infront as if I had driven underneath them.. Undertaker.. or was it that I would need one if I kept being such an A$$h0le.. what ever..

I just choose casper because it was an easy name to remember and I used to watch it when I was little. and 3699 used to be my old licence plate number which i wouldn't forget.

My normal handles were taken, so in trying to come up with a name, I looked to an old favorite TV show. ST:TNG. Episode 201 was the episode with the Binars... I liked the name.

Hmmm, Im honored you chose me... The reason I chose ac1dsp3ctrum as my handle was because I was bored one day and did a search on the net for comedy and i got a joke about some guy taking acid and something happened... The I remembered what we were learning in Science for the week (ligh and spectrums of light i put them together and *POOF* ac1dsp3ctrum was born

My name does not mean anything... The name I wanted was taken by an other member. I wanted my name to be FreeAgent b/c I have a FreeAgent bike, and thats what all my friends call me... I picked system_0verload b/c thats what happens to my computer all the time.

{P2P}Apocalypse is my Unreal Tournament Clan name. I have went by Apocalypse since the days of BBS, This came from my theological studies in college. I did a theisis on the book of Apocalypse (Revelations or The Revelations of St.John The Devne) with an in depth study. Hence the name. A few of you have seen my postings in usenet and I moderate two newsgroups under the name. So it stuck.

I have many names.. you can take one if you like.. just not Tuskin. I use Tuskin, Girsaq, Vaynouf, Quazie, QuaziePlazmic, Bob, Guam, Guam67... well that is enough. I get all mine from games I play. I have to think of new names for new chars and well BOOM you get a new "handle". There is nothing special behind the names... Vaynouf sounds kind of german and I want to learn german... Guam, I was called Guam in french class cause the name I chose souned like Guam (it doesnt but they said that), the rest are just made up cause I thought they were neat... not necisarryly true.

just make something up and stick with it... it'll grow on ya, even if you dont like it at first lol
