hmm... I tried to upload a new photo to my profile... I took precutions and used IE 5 (argh!) and not Opera 6 but still the thing did not upload... it was a jpg smaller then 175k and smaller then 430x430 argh! still it did not work. IE5, Opera 6.01 and Opera 6 Beta 2 for Linux did not upload the pic
Then I used my good old Netscape 4.7 browser and tada... it worked.
What's wrong?
hmmm... another bug... the new pic does gave the impression to be uploaded with Netscape but it does not show up in my profile http://www.AntiOnline.com/member.php...o&userid=38688 and also not in the member photo section http://www.AntiOnline.com/main_photo...y.php?s=<r=V ?

Easy...
Your using Microsoft products....or probably Netscape on a Microsoft Machine this is how you fix it...
Take screwdriver....open case
Remove harddrive...tie to car bumper
Drive around block 3 times dragging harddrive behind you
Reinsert Harddrive...close case
"Donate" money to MS
Cast spell on Windows case
try again
Rinse and Repeat as desired
hmm cybermagellan sorry to disappoint you but I use Linux... (RedHat 7)
I only used IE and Opera for win to test if it worked on those browsers cause it didn't in *nix
(read better next time) ;)
Sorry I keep forgetting there are people out there that haven't been sucked in by the goverments...YOU MUST USE WINDOWS!!!! /evil laugh......
That is all I deal with where I am is Windows...needless to say don't know much about *nix or Macintosh (dear god)

I just took my pic down and then reposted it and it worked fine for me. All MS products :killcompu
I keep getting this prob both in windows and *nix
If I use IE it says: "image upload succesfull" but it displays the old image
If I use Opera for Win it says: "image is no jpg file" but it is
If I use Netscape for Win it says: "image upload succesfull" it displays the new image but if you look in profile the old is still there...
for *nix the same: neither Netscape or Opera can upload the pic.
I have checked the pic for file size, pic size, jpg type... it's all ok, still it does not work...
If I upload a random jpg pic it's always the old one that's been displayed... and it's not my cache, cause I cleared those...

OK... It seems that the prob is on my side... since Neg confirmed in IRC that the pic's do upload but I do not get a return.

Ok, thanks for figuring out that it was not on your end, and not ours. Since I was unable to re-produce the problem, and since no one else has reported it, I suspected that it might be on your end. This confirms it.
