AO Addictive?

I'm trying not to build a thread that bashes the immature morons that have nothing better to do than get banned everyday, So I'll just say.... WOW! Antionline.com must be so addictive that even the morons that have nothing better to do than prove their ignorance have to keep coming back day after day.


Antionline is turning into one of the most frequently viewed sites on my PC, and I view CNN, SecurityFocus, NSA, and a couple driver pages on a daily basis. Oh, yeah.. You guys knocked TechRepublic right off my list.....

Heh. . . yeah. Im not addicted either. . . I just tried to get into one of the computers at the Condo I was staying at in FL while I was on vacation. . . so I could get connected to AO. lol. Im not addicted. . . . ;)

Almost as addictive as my windows update crack addiction.

Uh oh looks at my profile a new AO addect, this is good gave up booze, this is much better company here. New Fix naw just a bunch of people I like to be around even if we don't always agree, not to mention the good insights, tut's and humor! :)

ha, finally, what somone says what ive been thinking for the past 70 posts and way more thread views. Thought it could also be my lack of a normal life and sleep schedule that keeps me on here for hours at a time, averaging about 6 or more a day.

I need it because I'm WEAK...it's been...oh, a good 4 hours I've been away [WHY OH WHY must we sleep??]

I'm still trying to figure out if Zigar was talking about AntiOnline or America Online. He kept saying AOL. In my opinion the most pathetic ISP in the world, what do you get from AOL that you don't get from Windows XP w/ AIM on a High Speed Internet Line?

I won't try to deny it. Since I found this site and an irc-client I NEVER left my computer. Well only once because nobody was there to give me something to eat and I hadn't eaten for 3 days.

hello my name is qwerty and i am an addict. i first tried AO when a friend passed it to me at a party. i didnt know what to do at first, but i did a little. at first, i didn't feel anything, then after a few more reads, i began to feel, well, i can only decribe it as "high". knowing there were people out there that did this too only made it feel more right. at first it was once a week, then twice, three times a week. now i find myself doing it whenever i get a free moment by my computer. *sniff* but i just love it.

3 months i've had my aol account i have had not ONE piece of mail to my aol email addy..except for the stuff i redirect from my regular account while i'm on the road...no spam, no pron no junk no nothing...and i gotta say kudos to aol for that...

Okay so we came to the conclusion AO is addictive and AOL is addictive to 30 y/o single men that have an extremely hard time in social situations, and often find themselves trying to pick up girls at the borderline of 18, and is not affraid to border the line of jailbait.

lol trust me once u have 300 post u can be SURE that u are addicted 100 post means nothing just 1 week of no sleep :)

I see, I'm working on it.

What better place to become an AO Addict than in a thread talking about AO Addicts. According to my Firewall logs, I spend 7.65 hours online each day. Out of that 7.65 hours I estimate 80% (probably more) is spent on AO, does that make me an Addict? I think it's a pretty good indication. Maybe I should seek professional help.
