well ... i felt it's heavy somehow
there's something wrong with the down arrow of the scroll ... for the small window inside...

hmmm ... it seems that the down arrow is not working in all sub pages ... anyway .. if this is ur first time ... like to tell u it was better than my 5th one...
keep it up ... u can do better.. no need for the small window with scroll ..

add more colors and graphics .. u can find lots of them on the net ..

maybe try geting a "Short url domain" www.shorturl.com

Pros:
+ fast loading

Cons:
+ Not very appealing to the eyes. use some graphics to enhance the overall look. learn about the graphic tools like PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, Gimp (Its free :))
+ The red ball on the right seems to be somewhat out of place. in my opinion it would be better if that ball is small.
+ Frames are a nuisance. most people don't like frames in today's world. avoid them as far as possible.
