I'm sorry, but this guy has admitted to sleeping in the same bed as young boys. Young boys that arent his kids. I can understand maybe sleeping in the same bed as your kid.Getting the whole 'daddy i had a bad dream' thing, but this is rediculous. there is no reason, a grown man needs to be sleeping in the same bed as young boys. The reason the guy wont be left alone is, Child Molestation is a seriouse crime. Everyone knows its being done. And we are just waiting for one of these kids to step foward. But it wont happen easily. He's got their heads so twisted, with the whole 'Neverland' thing. Why would they want to leave? He's got a great trap. I would be willing to bet, if his house was searched, child porn would be found. This guy needs help.

Also, MJ had a documentary done on the BBS about his perosonal life and is trying so hard to patch his image and so far is not working too well. Sales of his album "Invincible" 2.1 million in the US and 300,000 in the UK and a "nice" estimate for worldwide sales of 8 million. Not too shabby, but pretty bad for somebody who sold in access of 10-20 million records.
What's funny in all of the mess was after the news broke the police had him under intense investigation (1993), he and new "special friend" Brett Barnes went house hunting. Not very smart considering the hype. Now it's coming back to haunt him.
Will formal charges be brought against him? Only the District Attorney can make that decision, and until that day, I would get good defense lawyers and hide under a rock... because if it's true, it will spell RIP for his career which is already tarnished and bashed.

Why? Because Americans have a fascination with the weird and bizarre. And as long as there's a market for it, the TV stations are going to show it. I personally don't care for the shows and don't watch them, and I do agree that they have been flooding the airwaves, etc... but that's because, unlike me, there are a LOT of people out there that ARE watching these shows.
I think things were pretty quiet for him up until the baby/balcony incident, and then it snowballed into what we have now. Hopefully there's enough attention and scrutiny now that any foulplay/wrongdoing will be brought to the forefront. I, personally, think the guy's a creep.. and no, I'm not passing judgment based on how the media portrays him. I'm passing judgment based on the molestation allegations, etc. Maybe it's just me, but if you're innocent of something you don't settle out of court - especially if you have the money for a good lawyer. I'd rather have the clear concience of proving a case in court (even if I lose all my money in my defense) as opposed to paying someone off to save courts costs and always having people wonder if I really did it.

10 million, or whatever the payoff amount was, is not that much money to MJ, or anybody that has the amount of money that he does/did. So would you rather give up some money, that you have plenty of(say less than 1% of your total wealth), and avoid months of trials, interviews, slander, and allegations? Or give up months of your life, and save some money that you have plenty of..
And as far as the parents of the children that was supposedly molested. i would never, ever take money from someone who did that to my child, if I had any. How sick is it that someone would use the pain and anguish of their child to make some money. As for MJ sleeping with children and that being such an outrage.. I don't get that. If there is truly no sexual intent, and no sexual gratification being gained, it's not really that bad of a thing. One of my best friends has two young children and I have on a few occassions fallen asleep at their house only to wake up with one of their two children having joined my on the couch. Nothing wrong with that. These tv shows saw that they had the ability to make something sensational out of possibly nothing and they did it for ratings, and for nothing else. ABC, NBC, or CBS could care less about any of the children that have maybe been harmed, they only care if it can make them money.
I think the problem with all of this is that people are automatically assuming he is doing it because he is a pervert, and we have no evidence to show that. If there were evidence, he would be in jail, because I honestly don't think that child molestation is something that our court system takes lightly.
It is all rather silly though, with all of the important issues going on in the world that people could rally behind and maybe make a difference, they are instead choosing to sit at home and watch specials about how somebody else is living their life.
