Hi AO,
Anyone interested in free computer forensic tools here is the link.
Thanks for the link \/IP3R
I have downloaded the tools from Foundstone once or twice before, but I forget to periodically go back and see if they have any updates.
Overall I find Foundstone to provide valuable tools and information.
Another good place (and I know it has been mentioned before :) ) is www.sysinternals.com
Some of the highlights there are TCPView, Process Explorer and PSTools.
All of these little guys come in handy!
...my two cents...
http://www.foundstone.com/knowledge/...tone_tools.zip
Here is the link for all their tools... I hope!
hi guys,
i think you should take a visit there : www.whitehats.com
it really worths your time...
Thanks all of you guys. It is been pleasure here for me learning and getting all of these links that I would never find on my own.
I hate to tell you this because the tools look pretty cool, but my proxy
returned the following
Virus was found and deleted in http://www.foundstone.com/knowledge/...one_tools.zip:
Found virus TROJ_FLDR.UDP.20 in file udpflood.exe (in foundstone_tools.zip)
The file is deleted.
They already have a warningQuote:
** NOTE: Some Anti-virus packages may falsely report viruses in some of our tools. These tools, like many network utilities, have the ability to cause crippling performance and other damage to the hosts and networks they run against. Because of this, some Antivirus software may identify these tools as being Denial of Service (DoS) agents.**
OOPS! What a dummy.
