Get rid of commies.

I see one big trouble around right now. Communism. I think we should get rid of all forms. Thats my Christmas list.

Why? Why is it any different than it was 50 years ago? How many different forms of communism are there?

***Note to others that may respond, please let The Mormon reply...I'm curious to see if he actually knows what he is talking about, or is just talking smack....and I haven't had a good debate for awhile..

Why dont we get rid of all the close minded people in the world? Or better yet, why dont we get rid of all the people who are not christian, white, republican and rich.

People need people to do things for them. That is why there is a government. In a democratic society, most people don't even know who to vote for, and most people vote for leaders simply because of their colleagues, or friends. And yet still, most others do not even care. Communism is awesome in theory, give everybody equal rights, treat everybody fairly. What's wrong with that?

Nothing is wrong with the ideal. It's the reality that doesn't work. When communism whas designed, it failed to consider the simple fact that humans are greedy. We have been since the dawn of evolution, because if we weren't we would've all starved to death.

Consider some communist countries like Cuba, North Korea and China. Why are we so much better off than them? Because we're a democracy. But what I like most is that I won't get executed if I say my government sucks ass.

Well I agree with that, but not the actual human beings. I wouldn't mind if communism itself disappeared though. I mean, are there even any instances of communism that have worked well, ever, and I don't mean just economically?

Why yes should destroy all communists because it's on some Mormon's guest list.

In fact since we are abolishing ideas, why not get rid of feminism and any form of political activity that dosent coincide with your small minded own world view.

I think that the term "communist" is very badly abused these days.

It originated from "communards" who rejected conventional society and lived together in "communes"?

Actual working communist societies today are Israeli kibbutzes and monasteries.

North Korea and China are hardly "communist" they are "state controlled societies"

The problem with true communism is that it only seems to work in small, closely knit societies where everyone knows and trusts eachother. Obviously this cannot happen on a large scale :(
